Flats info. ( translation in progress )
The flats are situated on the corner of Ataulfo de Paiva and Jardim de Alah on the Leblon / Ipanema border( see map ).
They are in a ' gated ' area which has 24 hr. security doorstaff. In addition, each of the three blocks in the condominium has its own 24 doorstaff too. There are security cameras in both lifts, and on all floors of the building.
There's a small childrens' play area at the end of block 3.
There isn't any car parking space in the condominium - but cars and taxis can enter and stay for 20 minutes for pick-up drop-off etc.
The nearest car park is next to the Zona Sul supermarket in Ipanema ( see map ). It costs around R$ 300 a month.
Disabled access is not very good - though there is a ramp up to the
lifts.
